Earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with honors from the University of Puerto Rico and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña. With over 13 years of experience, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for every pet and family she serves.

Dr. Reyes and her team are all amazing! We recently took our pup Pepper there for a second opinion, and loved her so much that we switched vets after 15 years at our previous vet! I brought my cat as a new patient to this clinic earlier this week, and they fit me in that morning when I called, tearful with concerning symptoms. Every single employee was compassionate, encouraging, and supportive of me as I was very emotional with concern for my baby. Dr. Sanchez was our vet, and she was wonderful. She examined my kitty in a loving manner using a soft voice and encouraging words. She offered treatment options and lab work, but asked me for my opinion to ensure it was shared decision-making. She heard my concerns about 1 medication based on my past experience with it, and she adjusted the treatment plan. It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares for both the patient and the parent in this way. We love this place, everyone is so kind and professional. My cat Genaro suffered a hairball obstruction, and Dr. Reyes was super gentle and professional, recommending the best for my little fur baby. They performed emergency surgery to remove the hairball from his intestine. After that, they were always very attentive to his recovery, even providing laser therapy to accelerate healing and reduce inflammation. Thank you, Dr. Reyes, Neal, and the entire staff at Graceful Paws.
